Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance by the customer of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

aircoversquad.com offers air conditioner covers.
aircoversquad.com sells only items in perfect condition, if, exceptionally, you receive an item with a defect, contact our customer service.
The offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.
If however the customer would have placed an order of an unavailable product, aircoversquad.com makes a commitment to prevent it by email or telephone.
In case of debit of the amount of an order relative to an unavailable product, aircoversquad.com undertakes within 10 days to refund the customer.
In case of out-of-stock condition of one of the products of an order including several
products, aircoversquad.com ships the rest of the order.
The products proposed in the sale are presented and detailed with the biggest possible precision.

Any order of the customer can be placed on line on the Internet site aircoversquad.com.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.
For reasons of limitation of fraud, aircoversquad.com reserves according to the amount and the place of the transaction the right to accept the order to ask you to justify your identity and your place of residence. In this case, the treatment of your order will be carried out as from the reception of these documents. aircoversquad.com reserves the right to cancel your order in the absence of reception of these documents or reception of documents judged not in conformity.

The prices indicated on the online store of aircoversquad.com are exlusive of all taxes (TTC).
They will be inclusive of all taxes in the shopping cart. When the customer validates the order by selecting a mode of payment, the sale is concluded. If the price of an ordered article decreases thereafter, we will not be able to in no case to compensate the customer in accordance with the commercial law.

We will not be able, either, to claim to the customer a higher rate, if the prices were to increase.

AIRCOVER SQUAD commits itself to respect at most the delivery time. Orders will be delivered by FeDex.

Attention: We are not responsible for products refused at the reception, for products notified but not claimed from your post office, or for the loss of your package by the post office.

For each delivery, aircoversquad.com establishes an invoice the day of the sending of the products, making reference to the order and the ordered articles.

Any payment is carried out with the order by Stripe

AIRCOVER SQUAD products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following guidelines:

– the products must be new, unused, unassembled, resalable in their original unopened packaging are eligible for a refund, less shipping charges.
– AIRCOVER SQUAD product you wish to return must be dropped off at a Fedex center after obtaining the return label from AIRCOVER SQUAD
– If a product is not returned in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, only a partial refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any returned item.
